If you are an individual consumer, please note that these Terms of Sale, their subject matter and their formation, are governed by English law. Both we and you agree that the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction. However, if you are a resident of Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.
Acceptance of Order
We reserve the right to restrict the number of items available for sale to any individual customer. All orders are subject to availability. In the unlikely event that your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund.
We accept payment by Visa, American Express, Mastercard and PayPal. Payment will be debited from your account before the dispatch of your purchase.
We will acknowledge that your order has been received by sending an email to the email address you provide in the checkout form. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail will be included in the contract.
Dispatch times may vary according to availability. Any guarantees or representations made regarding dispatch or delivery may be undermined by postal delays or force majeure events, for which we will not be responsible.
We have taken great care to ensure prices shown on this Website are accurate. Prices may change over time. Depending on your location, prices may be subject to additional taxes. If additional taxes apply to your order, these will be clearly shown on the checkout page prior to your making payment.
In general, prices shown for the United Kingdom and European Union will be inclusive of any taxes that may apply. In general, prices shown for the United States and Canada will be exclusive of any taxes that may apply.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If goods are returned in a different condition to when they were sent, we reserve the right to reduce the value of any refund issued to you by the amount of the loss in value of the goods as a result of the change in their condition. You must pay for the cost of returning the goods, unless they are faulty.
To start a return, please contact us through the website or by sending an email to the address given on the product packaging. We will provide instructions regarding how and where to return your package. Items sent to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
Please inspect the products in your order when you receive them and contact us immediately if you believe they are defective, damaged or that you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the problems you have reported and take necessary steps to put them right.
Certain products are not eligible for returns, unless they are defective. These include perishable goods (for example food or plants) and custom products (for example items which have been personalised). Unfortunately, we are also unable to accept returns for gift cards.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we will make the refund to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund, such that it is visible in your account.
