Description

Spread the light from your NowLight with a pair of SatLights. Each SatLight is supplied with a 5-metre cable. You can connect one SatLight to each of the two outputs on NowLight or daisy-chain two SatLights from a single output. SatLights feature independent brightness controls and six settings from 5 to 160 lumens.

Please note: A NowLight (sold separately) is required to use SatLights. When the NowLight battery is nearly empty, SatLights will temporarily stop working until the battery is recharged.

Pre-order FAQs

What is a pre-order?

We have NowLights and SatLights in stock and ready for imediate dispatch. However, we are waiting for solar panels to arrive at our warehouse and expect them to arrive by December 13th. By placing a pre-order you are purchasing a product from the next batch of solar panels we receive from our factory. If your order includes a solar panel, it will not ship immediately but will ship as soon as we receive the solar panels.

When will you ship my pre-order?

We have solar panels in transit to our UK warehouse and we expect to receive them by December 13th. We will start shipping pre-orders as soon as the solar panels arrive at our warehouse and we expect to ship pre-orders all no later than December 14th.

When will I get my pre-order?

All pre-orders will ship from our UK warehouse via DHL Express for speedy delivery, although actual delivery dates will depend on where you live:

  • UK customers should receive orders within two days of dispatch and typically no later than December 17th
  • USA customers should receive orders within seven days of dispatch and typically no later than December 22nd
  • EU customers should normally receive orders within five days of dispatch. However, since 'Brexit' some shipments to the EU have been subject to long customs-clearance delays.

Will I get my pre-order in time for Christmas?

If you live in the UK or USA we are highly confident that you will receive your pre-order before Christmas. If you live in the EU, we unfortunately cannot be confident that you will receive your pre-order before Christmas. This is because since 'Brexit' some shipments to the EU have taken several weeks to arrive after dispatch due to long customs delays. Although these problems have only affected a small percentage of EU orders, we cannot predict which orders will be delayed.

Why are you taking payment for pre-orders in advance?

Our solar panels have been out of stock for some time and we only have a limited quantity of new inventory available. By taking payment for pre-orders in advance of dispatch, we hope to avoid speculative orders which would lead to us disappointing genuine customers.

What if I change my mind?

If you place a pre-order but decide you no longer want to receive our products before they have been shipped to you, we will issue you with a full refund.
